My Grandson Who Is 2 Yrs 7 Mos Old Woke

My grandson who is 2 yrs 7 mos old woke up with his upper left eyelid swollen and it doesnt appear as if there is a bite or anything but it hasnt gotten any better since this morning he also says his ears hurt and has a runny nose. I need to know if he should go to the er or i can take to him to his pediatrician monday morning?
