My Great-great-niece Was Diagnosed With A Heart Which Is Pushing

My great-great-niece was diagnosed with a heart which is pushing the blood through at a too fast rate. The doctor said it should be between 1 and 3, and normally a 1 or 2. Hers is an 8. She is just one-year-old. What does this mean for her in the future. They will do a CT scan soon, but this is all we know at this time.
