My Gum Area Is Swollen And Painful. Did Have A

My gum area is swollen and painful. Did have a sinus infection 6 weeks ago. Did go on penicillin 10 days ago. Did just come ha k from the dentist- looks clear- X-rays show no problem. I can taste either blood or drainage.

In the 'middle' of my left tooth area and affects both top and bottom teeth. Any ideas are very much appreciated.
