My Gum Is Killing Me. It's In One Spot Directly

My gum is killing me. It's in one spot directly behind my right molar. I thought it may have been a small scratch irritated by the foods I was eating. But when I looked at it closer, it seemed to be inflamed and I was able to lift up that part of the gum and reveal a small hole. Help?
