My Gums Are Bleeding. I Have A Tooth That Is

My gums are bleeding. I have a tooth that is still a baby tooth it has no root under it, it's got to come out, half the tooth is gone and gum round it feels bigger and but sore. Wondered if this could have anything to do with my gums bleeding? When I brushed em this morning the gums felt tender and bled. Tonight they have bled for no reason, more so when I pressed on the gums slightly. I'm very worried :(
