My Gums Are Receding Badly Upper And Lower. When I

My gums are receding badly upper and lower. When I brush my teeth my gums bleed alot every time, every single day this has gone on for months now . I can use a dental floss pick and stick the pick part of it more than half way in between my teeth at the gum lines. Yet none of my teeth are loose but the gums and teeth are extremely sensitive. Can you please help me?
