My Gynecologist Told Me That My Intestine And Bladder Are

My gynecologist told me that my intestine and bladder are falling down, so she advised me to install a device called pesssori, she put it in couple of weeks ago, but I still feel some pain in my rectum, i can not stand up and walked for a longer period of time.
My doctor told me if the device doesn't work, I will be needing surgery,can you pls advice what is the best thing to do?
