My Hands And Feet ( Primarily The Bottom Of My

My hands and feet ( primarily the bottom of my feet and back of my hands with splotches and spots on the palms, wrists and ankles ) are red, inflamed and very itchy. There are no open sores or blisters but there are a few scabbed over cuts on a couple of my knuckles caused by dry and cracked skin I normally have this time of year and occurred prior to this situation. Can you please tell me what you think this might be?
