My Hands And Feet Turn Dark Purple From The Wrist

My hands and feet turn dark purple from the wrist to the first knuckle down. The fingertips are not involved at all. They are warm when this happens, but get even warmer and feel swollen even though I can't see any swelling. I have been diagnosed with CFS, fibromyalgia, and generalized dystonia.
