My Hands Are Tingling My Neck Along The Spine Down

My hands are tingling my neck along the spine down hurts I've had sciatic nerve in my right leg, I have already had multiple appointments with a chiropractor, I have had X-Rays MRIs and acupuncture , you name it I have done it, but there isn't a Dr out there that can find anything wrong, very frustrating
