My Hands & Feet Looking Like They Have Been In

My hands & feet looking like they have been in water for a long period of time. (prunie looking), but the are dry and ruff. Fingertips and top of hands just below nail bed & toes on top and bottom fell rough and extremly dry. The are rough enough that they snag on certain fabrics. In addition I have several bald spots on my head the spot are red in color. I have mid lenght hair, it is thining as I age, but these spot have appeard in the last few weeks and hands and feet have been looking like they have been in water for several days now.
