My Hands Have Started To Turn Black, Mainly The Left

My hands have started to turn black, mainly the left one. They aren't cold, it lasts for a few minutes then goes back to normal. It started at the finger tips to begin with. One of the times after they went back to normal a bubble of green pussy like substance appeared which I had to lance..........
