My Hands Tremble ,I Get Muscle Spasms And My Hands

My hands tremble ,I get muscle spasms and my hands have been swelling if my left side is touched I mean just to touch my shoulder I get an immediate headache when I use heat to help with the pain I get a headache my hands only tremble when I stop doing something like typing.I have been on gabapentin and lyrica and tramadol for this im desperate for a diagnosis none of the doctors ive seen has been any help they just keep increasing the gabapentin dosage which makes me sleep all day and hard to function.
