My Hcg Levels Was 48 A Week Ago After 4

My hcg levels was 48 a week ago after 4 days of missed period. Doctor assistant said I should be expecting a misscarriage. I have to wait till this Friday to take another test. I had bleeding and no pain for 3 days on and off. Wasn't heavy like period. Since then I've been urinating a lot. Had a few headache and mild back aches.
