My Head And Mouth Nerves Are Damaged. Its So Bad

My head and mouth nerves are damaged. Its so bad that I have developed a deep click of my bottom and top teeth together that I cant control. I cant even look in a person's face for a long period of time because my eyes want let me focus like I could do before. I know something is off when I lay down I have no feeling in the back of my head. Help me please because its hard when you loose feelings in places that could really have a big impact on your life.
