My Head Feels Distant And Unattached Most Days, Trouble With

My head feels distant and unattached most days, trouble with short term memory, pressure as though brain is expanding, tingling sensation, burning sensation and some headaches. I have trouble getting sleep because of this feeling. Any help is greatly appreciated.
