My Head Feels Hot After Getting Hit In The Head

My head feels hot after getting hit in the head and I notice this line in the forehead that I believe wasn't there before. The warmness is between my eyes in the center of my head and my nose feels warm. After i got hit some blood came out of my nose like a drop. I had a headache afterwards when I went home i took two aspirin. I got hit 3 days ago so is this normal should I be worried.
