My Head Hurts, Feels Like The Center And My Face

My head hurts, feels like the center and my face hurts too. I also feel ear pressure. Sometimes I feel dizzy or sick. I'm feeling really out of it, it's hard to focus. And now my neck is starting to really hurt on the right side and base of my skull. I've been to the doctor twice and taken two rounds of antibiotics for what they say is a sinus infection and had a kenalog shot.
