My Heart Feels Like It Is Cramping. It Happens Occasionally.

My heart feels like it is cramping. It happens occasionally. Right now I have a cold, maybe that triggered it. The pain can be described as if someone is squeezing my heart. Please help me. I am a minor (age 12) and weigh roughly 80 pounds. I exercise often. Please tell me what this is.
