My Heart Hurts As It Beats, Sometimes. Its Not Beating

My heart hurts as it beats, sometimes. Its not beating hard or fast. It happens at random times. I cannot pinpoint any kind of trigger for it. In the past this has happened with blood flow as well. Its like sometimes I can feel the blood pumping in my veins (mostly my wrists/forearms) and it hurts slightly. Its the same with the heart, I don't feel like I'm going to die and it doesn't stop me from doing daily activities, its just not my normal...
