My Heart Pulse Rate Is 115 Beat Per Minute. And

My heart pulse rate is 115 beat per minute. And I have like bronchitis ill now so I am taking amoxicillin antibiotics now 875mg one a day. Is my heart pulse rate 115 beat per minute is dangerous? I always been high like pulse rate is 92 beat per minute if I don't have any infection. I always have a heart beat palpitations. But 115 is seems too high. I just turn 40 years old this year.
