My Heart Rate Is Fluctuating Between 50 And 55 And

My heart rate is fluctuating between 50 and 55 and is normally 60 to 62. I take Labetalol, water pill, Lotrel and have been for a couple of years. I am 67 in fairly good health other than recent stage 1 bladder cancer (non-invasive). I just had a procedure to remove another polyp and I think they had a hard time waking me and were about to use a tube. (I was only on a twilight anesthetic). I am feeling extremely tired since the procedure thought it could be normal it was only two days ago but wondering if the low heart rate is making be feel so tired
