My Heart Rate Sitting In A Chair Suddenly Went Up

My heart rate sitting in a chair suddenly went up to 132, blood pressure to 117/104. I am 68. Mitral valve regurge. Recent stress Echo was good. Have a cardiologist. Diabetic type two. I was working all day and I think I got dehydrated. Immediately drank two glasses of water and took aspirin. After fifteen minutes it is down to 122/78 at 78 pulse. Blood sugar was 147. I figure it was dehydration. I will call cardio on Monday. Do you think I should go to er?
