My Heart Scan Score Is 840. I Do Not Smoke,

My heart scan score is 840. I do not smoke, I exercise daily, I do not eat any dairy, meat, bread, cheese. I am on the Paleo diet. I do have and always had high cholesterol. What can I do? I feel fine. Yesterday I ran up for 3 flights of stairs and I wasn't out of breath but my girlfriend was. I am 62 years young.
