My Heart Skips Every Fourth Beat For About Two Minutes

My heart skips every fourth beat for about two minutes then is regular. It happens every couple of days or so, more often when I'm tired. I can usually get it back to regular rhythm if I change position. I'm 55, take HCZ 25 mg once/day, walk five miles daily, could lose ten pounds or so.
