My Heart Started To Cramp Suddenly. I Didn't Eat Much

My heart started to cramp suddenly. I didn't eat much because I got nauseous after eating a little. this isn't the first time this has happened and is is going away very slowly. I have low blood pressure but drank a Gatorade today. I am worried. It hurt really badly earlier.
