My Hemotologist Wants Me To Take Prolia Shots. Slight Osteopenia

My hemotologist wants me to take Prolia shots. Slight
osteopenia shown for first time this year. Not enough to recommend treatment.
I have had breast cancer surgery 2 years ago with radiation and take Letrozole 2.5 mg.
My GYN disagrees and recommends not taking Prolia at this time. He suggests waiting until next osteoporosis bone scan next year. What do you think?
