My daughter who is 24 and has moid autism. She saw a gynecologist for 1st time in 2014 with symptoms of vaginal itching burning , every lab test came back negative for anything they thought it could be. Somehow after many, many months the issue resolved itself. It the same issue has come back and all test say negative for all common female vaginal issues. However one did show a UTI. She was given meds to clear this up, but the problem with initial symptoms still exists, we have noticed she has been spotting almost 2 months now and the cycle is just now really coming on. What could this be. Her doctor doesn’t seem to know what’s going on.
