My Hips Upper Thighs And Knees Have Been Aching More

My hips upper thighs and knees have been aching more than normal lately. Esp if I sit for Long periods at a time. I can barely walk for two days after a 6 hour road trip I ache so bad. My wrists both occasionally ache and bend in toes I do get these weird hives/itchy rash after eating things like ketchup mustard etc... Any thoughts. Was told I had osteoarthritis years ago from playing sports.
