My History Im 35 Yrs Old A Diabetic Controlled By

My history Im 35 yrs old a diabetic controlled by diet and exercise and hypertensive on Valsartan HCTZ. I have been having tachycardia, tinglinging in my lower extremeties and Im no sure what I should do. I have been to the ER and my PCP, Endocrinologist and a neurologist. I was dx with parasenthesis and possible panic attacks. I had a "pain attack" today that lasted for about an hour this was 6 hours ago and Im still having symptoms, this is my second attack. Please advise
