My Hospital Is A Total Joke And Can't Seem To

My hospital is a total joke and can't seem to help me at all. I have very low b12 and am currently taking shots every week. I have no energy at all. If I perform a small task as in maybe walking downstairs to get a drink and come back upstairs I get pressure in my head my ears ring my legs feel like jello like I had just ran a mile and tightness in my chest blood test came back fine and so did xray nothing else was done
