My Hurt Under My Breasts. It's There For Five Minutes,

My hurt under my breasts. It's there for five minutes, then disappears and reappears a few minutes later. It hurts to stand, to lay down, and to sit back. I've tried stepping outside to catch a breath and my inhaler but it's not working although sometimes it disappears by applying pressure. I don't know what it is.
