My Husband (32) And I (32) Haven't Been Using Birth

My husband (32) and I (32) haven't been using birth control for eight years or so but really started trying for a baby about a year and a half ago with no luck. I am pretty sure I had early stage miscarriages on two occasions and my cycle is regular. Should we talk to our family physician about getting tested for fertility issues?
