My Husband, 50 Yo, Developed Blisters On His Feet And

My husband, 50 yo, developed blisters on his feet and toes a few days ago. Some have actually been blood blisters that have popped. He now has these same type of blisters or lesions on his face and is beginning to show signs of them on his fingers. He has diabetes, HBP and high cholesterol. I am concerned but I cannot convince him to go to the ER or even call his dr.
