My Husband (63 Year Old) Is Experiencing Anxiousness Which Is

My husband (63 year old) is experiencing anxiousness which is causing some shortness of breath. His blood pressure is 150/90 and HR is 81. He cannot sit still because it makes it worse. He takes blood pressure medications, synthroid, and statin. He recently had a physical and all blood work was normal. He is also fleeing flushed.
