My Husband , 74 Years Old Is A Patient Of

My husband , 74 years old is a patient of ischemic cardiomyopathy who has been suffering from congestive heart failure with breathlessness & repeated hospitalisation . He had a heart attack in 2007 & recovered fully , was leading an active normal life till Feb 2016 when he started complaining of short ness of breath . His ejection factor is 30-35% with a high PH . He used to take Eptus 25 once, Cardivas 6.25 twice , Attorvastatin Asp 75 once , Lasix 40 once till he was okay - after his hospitalisation in May 2016 he was given lasix intravenous & advised to discontinue Cardivas 6.25 due to low blood pressure ( 100/70 , 90/60 ). Recently he was given dobutaline twice on successive hospitalisation & Prescribed Ismo 20 twice daily .
Now when we seek a 2nd opinion all his medicines are now changed . Planep has been changed into Planep T 10 BD, Cardivas 3.125 1/2 tab BD , AngispanTR 2.5 BD , Roseday A 10 OD . As my husband's condition is very weak I am very scared to go ahead with the new medicines ! At the same time he badly needs relief from his present state . Is Planep T better than Lasix ? Lasix oral is not effective now causing water retention hence breathlessness . Pl advise .
