My Husband (77) Has Been Scratching His Center Chest. It

My husband (77) has been scratching his center chest. It has been more of a discomfort in the last few weeks. He puts lotion on it, but that does not seem to help much. Yesterday, when we were out walking, he mentioned that he was slightly dizzy. His cholesterol tested out very well last time, and his blood pressure this morning was slightly higher at 148/84 (or so). Any ideas? Thanks. Anthoinette
