My Husband Had Rotary Cuff Surgery 1 Month Ago He

My husband Had Rotary Cuff surgery 1 month ago He can achieve an erection But cannot ejaculate we've tried at least 3 different times now !!! He's on Oxycodone HCL/Actetaminophen 4x daily 10mg/325mgtabs Also he's on Gabapentin 3x daily for nerve skin pain and on top of all that for about 20 years he's been on Alprazolam 2mg 4x daily & Seroquel 50mg only at bedtime !!!! The Alprazolam & Seroquel cannot be the problem because we've never had a problem with sex Until he had shoulder surgery We waited to have sex which is usually Great !!! So we think it has to be the Oxycodone or Gabapentin!!!! For awhile he was on Tramadol He's off of Tramadol because it hurt his stomach lining HELP
