My Husband Accidentally Sterilized A Pacifier Holder With Bottle Caps

My husband accidentally sterilized a pacifier holder with bottle caps in the microwave. It was in one of the Medela steam bags. The pacifier holder melted. Are the bottle caps still safe to use once washed and re sterilized, or should we throw them out?
