My Husband (age 63) Woke Up Feeling A Little Dizzy

My husband (age 63) woke up feeling a little dizzy this morning, but not extreme. He went out to his shop to work, got a hot flash and was on his back trying to remove a transmission from under a car, started to lift it out and got real dizzy. Came in, sitting in chair now. We recently had his blood pressure checked which was very good: 160/76
