My Husband, Age 70, Has Been Working In The Yard

My husband, age 70, has been working in the yard all day. He is complaining of nausea. He is clammy. His blood pressure is 98/60. Heart rate. is 83. He has been on blood pressure meds for many years . This morning, his blood pressure was 124/75. Pulse 74. Weight 179. Height 6feet. He is normally healthy, playing tennis 3 times s week. Should we call 911 ? He is not complaining of chest pressure or headache or breathing difficulty.
