My Husband And I Are Both 30 Years Old. I

My husband and I are both 30 years old. I have never been pregnant and he has had a Vasectomy 5 years ago. I am currently 2 weeks late for my period, taken two negative pregnancy tests and I am experiencing chronic cramps in my left ovary and uterus area and low back. I am scared that something else is wrong because I have never been late like this before.
