My Husband And I Are Constantly Fighting With Each Other.

My husband and I are constantly fighting with each other. I am insecure because he lies to me and very recently i found out that he is having erectile dysfunction and he hid it from me. He abuses me verbally and i cant tolerate that. He has even gone for physical abuse and i had to call in the police for help one time, which was never successful as i had to abort the plan in the middle. Please help. I do not know to whom should i turn to for discussing my problems. Speaking to my partner is of no use at this point. please help
