My Husband And I Use Mercy Hospital In OKC. On

My husband and I use Mercy Hospital in OKC. On their website under medical history there is a notation of "disorder of brain circulation" and he also has one as Blockage of artery in eye which, at the time, he was told it was a stroke. Are these the same? I haven't talked to Mercy yet (after business hours) but am needing information for a VA determination. Any suggestions? Sharon Hatfield
