My Husband And I Were Coming Home And All Of

My husband and I were coming home and all of a sudden he started driving real slow. I asked what was wrong and he said he was dizzy. In a few more minutes he said he felt lop sided. He is now on the couch and says that his right side feels heavy. He says when he closes his eyes he feels a bit off. He had said earlier in the day that he was not able to hear as well for some reason. What do I need to do?
