My Husband And I Were Having Intercourse And The Condom

My husband and i were having intercourse and the condom got stuck inside of my vagina, we could not feel it or reach it so i got in the birthing position and had to push while my husband stuck 2 fingers to try to get it out and it hurt. We eventually got it out. But the next morning i was bleeding like if i have my period. Whyy? im so scared now.
