My Husband Ate Some Bad Meat Thursday Evening. He Vomited

My husband ate some bad meat Thursday evening. He vomited a lot on Friday. Stayed in bed all day Saturday and still feels rather bloated and has abdominal pressure and is slightly nauseous. How much longer can he expect to feel poorly? He is drinking but hasn't had a bowel movement since yesterday morning.
