My Husband Cheated On Me And I Got Bacterial Vaginosis

My husband cheated on me and I got bacterial vaginosis which has been treated but I was told can come back from time to time. He is now experienced painful urination, burning in lower stomach, fatigue and has a lump on his perineum. Could this be his reaction to the bad bacteria he may have picked up from the other woman?
