My Husband Contracted The Flu Two Weeks Ago. He Continues

My husband contracted the flu two weeks ago. He continues to have a fever every day. He also has significant chest congestion and a loose cough, non productive. The fevervwas as high as 104 the first week, and 100 to 101 this week. Remains very fatigued. He wants to give it more time, I am concerned that it is pneumonia.
