My Husband Could Not Tolerate The Cpap Machine. He Has

My husband could not tolerate the cpap machine. He has aos caused by small area at the throat. Is there something he can use as a substitute. He has tried to sleep on his side which seems to help but in deep sleep he tends to roll back and raises an arm. Then the breathing stops.
